Intensive

3-Month Coaching

  • Over a 3-month period, we’ll meet for 6 private coaching sessions (twice monthly).

  • 1 initial 2-hour session

  • 2 traditional 1-hour sessions

  • 3 intensive holistic workshop sessions

Best for:

Intensive, 3-month Coaching is for you if you’re ready for transformative change. You know about some health and well-being philosophies and practices, but you want to learn how to make these practices a lifestyle. You’ve identified a few, specific changes you’d like to make, but you need support and guidance to achieve your goals. You’re open, ready, and committed to the succeeding with the goals you’ve set.

Traditional

3-Month Coaching

  • Over a 3-month period, we’ll meet for 6 private coaching sessions (twice monthly).

  • 1 initial 2-hour session

  • 5 traditional 1-hour sessions

Best for:

Traditional, 3-Month Coaching is for you if you’re somewhat versed in health and well-being philosophies and practices, but you need support and accountability in implementing them. You’re ready to make a few, long-term changes to your lifestyle, or you’re in the process of refining established healthy habits.

6-Month Coaching

  • Over a 6-month period, we’ll meet for 12 private coaching sessions (twice monthly).

  • 1 initial 2-hour session

  • 11 traditional 1-hour sessions

Best for:

Traditional, 6-month Coaching is for you if you’re somewhat versed in health and well-being philosophies and practices, but you need support and accountability in implementing them. You’re open to new ideas and ready to make multiple, long-term changes to your lifestyle.


Intensive

6-Month Coaching

  • Over a 6-month period, we’ll meet for 12 private coaching sessions (twice monthly).

  • 1 initial 2-hour session

  • 5 traditional 1-hour sessions

  • 6 intensive holistic workshop sessions

Best for:

Intensive, 6-month Coaching is for you if you’re ready for transformative change. You know about some health and well-being philosophies and practices, but you want to learn how to make these practices a lifestyle. You’re open, ready, and committed to becoming the best you, for the long-term. By focusing on your health and well-being, you’re making the change you want to see in your life.

How it Works

Personal coaching sessions take place during 3 or 6 month time periods in which we’ll meet twice monthly (for a total of 6 or 12 sessions). Sessions last between 1-2 hours. Within each coaching option, you have the opportunity to opt for Traditional or Intensive style coaching.

Personal Coaching Options

Traditional Personal Coaching will involve one-to-one sessions in which we holistically approach your health and well-being goals through conversation.

Intensive Personal Coaching weaves a series of holistic, hands-on workshops into your coaching sessions (in addition to Traditional Coaching sessions). These workshops focus on skill-building and the practical application of what you’ll learn during coaching sessions. You will be able to select which workshops you’d like to incorporate, among:

  • Ayurvedic Wisdom

  • Cooking 101*

  • Healthy Home: Personal Care + Home Products that Keep You Well

  • Market/Grocery Shopping + Pantry Clean Out*

  • Relationship with Food

  • Self-Care as Ritual

  • Vinyasa Yoga + Meditation Basics*

  • Woman as Healer: A View into Feminine Power through Self-Love, Herbs, + Hormones

Personal coaching is an unparalleled way to profoundly engage in making meaningful and sustainable changes to your health and well-being. You will receive expert, one-to-one support with customized coaching sessions that suit your unique needs.

We will use holistic, goal-oriented, and Ayurvedic philosophies to guide our coaching sessions and create a plan for your well-being. Together, we focus on weaving sustainability into all of your healthy lifestyle tweaks. Our coaching process centers on being realistic, starting small, and building on success.

If you’ve made attempts to eat/feel better, lose weight, or feel less stressed and more in control of your life, but nothing has worked long-term, personal coaching will be a good fit for you. Our work together does not involve counting calories, macros, following a trendy diet, or extreme workout regimens. It’s not about levitating during your meditation session either! Again, this is about feeling good and keeping it real.
