Celery Banana Smoothie
Celery-Banana is one of my favorite flavor combos! I know celery isn’t for everyone, but I love how the potent flavor becomes creamy and mild when it pairs up with sweet banana. If you’re in a pattern of making the same smoothies over and over again, give this fresh flavor profile a try.
1 frozen, chopped banana
1 cup frozen, chopped celery
2 handfuls kale, or spinach
1 tbsp collagen (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1’’ knob fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
Shredded coconut, sliced banana, cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp seeds, and chopped pistachios
Blend all ingredients and add water as needed for desired thickness.
Either drink straight, or pour in a bowl and add desired toppings.

Best for: Suitable to all doshas
Your smoothie will always be thicker if you use frozen fruits and veggies. On the contrary, fresh fruits and veggies will create a thinner, more juice-like smoothie.
