Passion Fruit Coconut Smoothie
After discovering frozen passion fruit, I can’t get enough of this smoothie. It’s fresh, sweet, and sour in taste and will leave you feeling energized. Personally, I think it rivals coffee as a boost, but I’ll let you be the judge!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango 
- 1/4 cup frozen passion fruit 
- 1 frozen banana 
- Juice of 1 lime 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- 1/2’’ cube of ginger, peeled, roughly chopped 
- 1-2 cups coconut milk (per your taste and desired thickness) 
- Dash of vanilla extract 
instructions
- Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes (pausing to pulse or add liquid as needed).
