Wellbeing Strategy + Consultation
When job stress costs US employers more than $300 billion annually and over 75% of employees say they experience burnout in their current position, you can’t afford not to have a wellbeing strategy. But our approach to wellbeing at work is not just about cutting costs or improving retention, it’s about the fact that people deserve to feel well. And when people feel good, they do good work.

When I started health coaching in the corporate sector over a decade ago, I centered my work on the belief that everyone deserves to feel well. Simple, right?
Not exactly. If you're here today, you're likely tuned into all that's not working for organizational health and wellbeing in the US. In working with thousands of clients over the years, I observed individuals would experience the same roadblock over and over again: workplace stress and burnout. Meanwhile, employers would express their concerns over retention, productivity, and innovation.
I realized that I needed to partner with both employers and employees to develop their unique wellbeing strategy. To that end, I founded Haus of Ojas in 2018 to collaborate with organizations and reimagine what's possible when it comes to the wellbeing of their people and the future of their organization.
At Haus of Ojas, we believe that wellbeing at work is not an "extra." It's a culture. You can supplement all the gym memberships you want (no shade!), but if you don’t work with the system in which people experience wellbeing, you’ll continue to experience the same issues over and over again.
To that end, we offer tailor-made solutions for your unique culture and wellbeing needs. From consultation to customized leadership development to immersive health and wellbeing programming and employee health coaching, we’re sure to co-discover the strategies and intentional changes that cultivate a culture of wellbeing, for the long term.
All Haus of Ojas consultation begins with a listening session. I’m thrilled to learn all about your team, their unique wellbeing needs, and how I can be of support. If ‘employee wellbeing’ has become that uncomfy, nagging thing that you know needs improving, but you’re overwhelmed, we got you. It’s time for wellbeing that works - let’s chat!
