Ginger Peanut Sauce
You can put this sauce on anything. It’s excellent as the finishing touch to Rainbow Bowls, but it’s also great as a salad dressing, with roasted veggies, as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken, or even as a sandwich spread.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter 
- 2 tsp Sriracha 
- 1’’ ginger, peeled, and grated 
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar 
- 1 tbsp maple syrup 
- 5 tbsp water 
instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender. 
- Blend for 1 minute. 
- Add water as needed for your preferred consistency. 
- Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
